It can be used on all equipment including backpacks, necklaces and rings as long as they aren't already magical. This orb does not rely on magic find, it is purely luck based. It has a chance to create legendary items. You can get an Orb Of Enchantment by exchanging 100 Magical Dusts at the NPC above the potion shop in Thais. Alternatively, you can buy it from the Market.
