Stamina is a feature that was added to avoid Botting. Every character has to rest from hunting after a while, with a maximum of 42 hours.

39:59 ➡ 14:00 | Normal experience and loot |
13:59 ➡ 00:00 | -50% experience, no loot |

This tool will help you optimize resting times amongst several characters. Type their names and the stamina left to see when exactly you will regain 40:00 and 42:00 stamina. Characters must be offline at all times. The exact time might oscillate by 10 minutes due to stamina cooldown (just after logging out there is a 10 minute cooldown).

From hours 0:00 to 40:00, for every 3 minutes you are logged off your character will gain 1 minute of stamina. You also regain Stamina by being in the training room, although it is a bit slower: it takes 4 minutes to regain 1 minute of Stamina.
From hours 40:00 to 42:00, for every 10 minutes you are logged off your character will gain 1 minute of stamina.
Regeneration starts 10 minutes after logout.

Apart from logging off your character, these are the other ways to regain Stamina:
15:00
of Stamina.
Some of these will only work if you are under 40:00
of Stamina.
Dying no longer gives Stamina, this was removed to avoid bots dying on purpose to have unlimited Stamina.
So, what is the fastest strategy to level up regarding Stamina? Let's analyze three different scenarios:
The best way to level up is to go from the 40:00 to 14:00 range and then wait to get back to 40:00. From 42:00 to 40:00, although you earn 0.5x more experience, you then need to rest 10x times to recover.
A quick note on Soul points, these are mainly for mages and are meant to limit the amount of runes and food you can create. Paladins for conjuring arrows but no one does it in NoxiousOT.
Soul Points are generated in these ways:
